The Part You Can't Buy, Made

Discontinued, rare, broken, or one-of-a-kind - if the part for your car, boat, plane, or build doesn't exist anymore, we can scan, design, and print it. Powersports is where reverse engineering and 3D printing really earn their keep.

What we make

Parts for the things that move

Cars, boats, planes, helicopters - if it has a part that's hard to find or doesn't exist, that's our favorite kind of problem.

  • Discontinued and out-of-production replacement parts
  • Custom brackets, housings, mounts, and fitments
  • One-off pieces for builds and restorations
  • Reverse-engineered parts from a sample you already have
  • Durable polymer parts chosen for the job
  • Prototypes to test fit and function before you commit
From sample to part

How it comes together

Even with no drawings and only a worn original to work from, we can get you a part.

  1. Scan or measureWe capture the original part - or what's left of it - in accurate 3D.
  2. Design or rebuildWe turn that into a clean model, fixing wear or improving the design where it helps. See our reverse engineering and CAD work.
  3. Print itWe 3D print the part in a material suited to how it'll be used.
  4. Test and refineCheck the fit, adjust if needed, and you're back on the road, water, or runway.

We team up with builders and creators

We recently collaborated with creator SamCracc on a powersports project - you can watch that build come together over on YouTube.

Questions

Frequently asked

I only have the broken original. Can you still help?

Usually, yes. A worn or partial part is often enough for us to scan, rebuild, and reproduce.

Will a printed part be strong enough?

It depends on the part and the load, which is exactly why we choose the material and process to match. Tell us how it'll be used and we'll spec it right.

Can you make just one?

Absolutely. One-off parts and small runs are a big part of what we do.
