From One Part to a Few Thousand

Whether you need a single prototype in your hands by next week or a production run to hold a launch together, we print it in-house. FDM, SLA, and MJF/SLS, in almost any polymer you can name, on a farm of 75+ machines that runs every day.

What we print

The right process for the part, not the other way around

Different jobs call for different machines. We pick the process that fits your part's strength, finish, and budget, instead of forcing everything through one printer.

  • FDM / FFF for strong, cost-effective functional parts and jigs
  • SLA resin for fine detail and smooth, crisp surfaces
  • MJF and SLS for durable nylon parts with no support marks
  • A wide range of polymers, from everyday PLA to engineering-grade materials
  • Finishing, painting, and assembly when the part needs to look final
  • Need metal? Ask us and we'll talk through your options
One-off to production

How much do you need?

3D printing isn't only for prototypes. Plenty of our work is real production - launching a product, testing a business idea in the market, or covering a gap while traditional tooling catches up.

  1. Prototypes: one-off to about 20 partsGet a physical version in your hands fast, iterate, and prove the design before you commit.
  2. Short runs: often 1,000 parts or fewerA common sweet spot - flush out a business idea, or bridge a production delay without expensive tooling.
  3. Production: up to a few thousandDepending on part geometry, printing can stay valuable well into the thousands. Above that, we'll be straight with you about where real machine time makes sense.
  4. We bridge-produce and scaleWith 75+ machines on site we meet most demand quickly, and we add capacity when a job calls for it.
Not sure which process?

Send us the part. We'll tell you the smart way to make it.

Upload your files or just describe what you're trying to build. We'll recommend the process, material, and quantity that gets you the best part for the money - no jargon required.

Why 3D Musketeers

Engineers who run the machines, not just sell the prints

We've printed across the whole spectrum, from desktop filament machines to industrial systems building parts for serious applications. That range means we know what each technology is genuinely good at - and we'll steer you away from the wrong one before it costs you.

Questions

Frequently asked

What technologies do you offer?

FDM, SLA, and MJF/SLS in-house, across a wide range of polymers. If you need metal, ask us and we'll walk you through the options.

How many parts can you make?

Anything from a single prototype to a few thousand, depending on geometry. With 75+ machines we bridge-produce and scale up when a job needs it.

Which material should I choose?

That's our job to help with. Tell us how the part will be used - load, heat, finish, environment - and we'll recommend a material that fits.

Can you finish the parts so they look final?

Yes. We can sand, paint, dye, and assemble so parts arrive looking the way you need them to.

How fast can I get a quote?

Send your files or a description and we'll come back quickly with price, process, and timeline.
