We Fix Almost Anything That Prints
Your printer was making awesome, and then it wasn't. Before you give up on it or buy a new one, let us take a look. We repair nearly any make and model, and we run 75+ machines a day, so odds are we have already broken yours and figured out the fix.
Most machines arrive worn, jammed, or dropped
The majority of printers on our bench are consumer machines pushed hard through normal use. If your problem isn't listed here, ask anyway. "I have never seen that before" is not a sentence we say often.

We make house calls
Some machines are too big, too dialed-in, or too important to move. We come to you. House calls carry an added cost for travel and on-site time, but for the right situation they are absolutely worth it.
We have already broken every machine you own
We aren't a repair desk that read a manual last week. We run a working print farm and help companies across the country build their own, from basic filament printers to industrial metal machines. We understand why your printer is failing, not just which part to swap. That means fewer repeat trips and a fix that holds.
Frequently asked
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on what's wrong and what your machine needs, but we diagnose it and tell you before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days. Repair isn't instant; we test the machine after we fix it so you don't drive home with a printer that fails on the next print.
What brands and models do you repair?
Nearly all of them. The vast majority of what we see is consumer machines, but we are comfortable across makes and models. If you aren't sure, just ask.
Do you offer on-site repair?
Yes. House calls are available for an added cost. Drop-off is cheaper and faster if you are local to Tampa.
My printer fell or got damaged in shipping. Is it a lost cause?
Often, no. Physical damage is one of the most common reasons machines come to us, and a lot of them go home working. Send a photo and we'll give you our honest take.
